Introduction

FireFox For advance control of industrial processes, the mathematics model which descripts the characteristics of process are very important. Usually, to get system model is the first step to design an advanced controller. System identification is just the technology to build system models.

Thus, Yi developed the industrial applicable system identification software, Yi-Indent, for engineers to build system model and then design controllers. This software was once used by GE-GRC and GE Xinhua Industrial Control Co.ltd..

Functions

  • Testing signal design and generation
  • Different algorithms and model structures: arx, armax, IV, OEM, SMM, SYM, Subspace, etc.
  • Automatic detecting time-delay and model order for linear systems

Real-time Predictive Control: Yi-DMC

Introduction

FireFox With the development of electronic, computer and computation technologies, the consumed time for solving QP problem are dramatic decreased. More and more industrial companies require the real-time MPC which is able to run in DCS or PLC.

For these reason, Yi developed the industrial applicable real-time MPC module, Yi-DMC, which is able to implemented in both real-time controller (e.g. DCS, PLC) and advanced control computers ( e.g. industrial PC).

Functions

  • Handing inputs, inputs increments and outputs constraints;
  • Suitable for Multiple Inputs Multiple-Measurable Disturbances-Multiple Outputs systems;
  • Flexible definition of Q and R for adjusting optimization performance;
  • Blocking technologies for fasting computation.

Steamturbines Heat Rate Analysis: Yi-HAnaly

Introduction

FireFox The heat rate is a key performance index for eveluating the efficency of Steam Turbine (ST) for power plant. The staffs in power plant would inivate the Third-party Detection Institution to evalutate if their STs are working well in a certain duration. Then, to determine how to optimize the operating of power plant.

For these reason, Yi developed the Heat Analysis tool for making the performance evaluation of ST easier. The program will provide different versions for systems: Windows, Mac OX, Linux, etc.

Functions

  • Calculation of heat rate, including the first modification and the second modification;
  • Import testing data from Excel files;
  • Export analysing data to Excel files;
  • Including four types STs for subcritical boiler, Supercritical boiler and Ultra supercritical boiler, etc.
